Teal Trick-or-Treat Series

By popular demand, we've added more dates for trick-or-treat practice and pumpkin decorating!

Costumes are encouraged, and kids will have the opportunity to practice trick-or-treating, as well as decorate their own pumpkins with stickers and paint pens.

All treats will be non-food items, and we ask that you be mindful of what snacks you pack for your minis. This event is intended to promote awareness of the Teal Pumpkin Project, which is a food allergy awareness initiative that makes Halloween safer and more inclusive by encouraging households to offer non-food treats, such as small toys or glow sticks, alongside or instead of candy. RSVP (one ticket per child) so we know how many treats and pumpkins we need. This event is intended for 1-4 year olds, but younger babies and older kids are of course welcome! At the event, we ask that you contribute $5 per child to cover supplies — we accept Venmo, Zelle, or cash.

We now have an indoor location, so this event series is no longer dependent on good weather! Due to space constraints, we are capping each date at a maximum of 10 children.

You may be asked to help as a site coordinator — all you have to do is bring the supplies to the event location by 10 am!
