Join Millburn Mamas and Minis for a special free CPR and First Aid training designed specifically for parents and caregivers!

Led by certified members of the Millburn First Aid Squad, this American Heart Association (AHA) Heartsaver course provides critical life-saving skills in a relaxed, welcoming environment.

Topics include:
✔️ Adult CPR and AED use
✔️ Choking (adults and children)
✔️ Recognizing signs of heart attack and stroke
✔️ Allergic reactions and EpiPen use
✔️ Bleeding and personal safety
✔️ Optional but highly recommended: Infant and child CPR

The core class runs about 2 hours, but attendees have the option to stay for additional training in child-focused and emergency topics, which may extend the session to up to 3.5 hours.

This course is perfect for parents, grandparents, babysitters, and anyone caring for young children.
