Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cold water

  • 1 tbsp rose syrup

  • 2-3 saffron strands

  • 1 tbsp honey (or simple syrup)

  • 1/2 cup sparkling water

  • Ice

  • Rose petals and lemon slice for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, dissolve saffron strands in 1 tbsp warm water for a few minutes.

  2. In a shaker, mix cold water, rose syrup, saffron water, and honey.

  3. Shake well and pour over ice in a glass.

  4. Top with sparkling water and gently stir.

  5. Garnish with rose petals and a lemon slice.
